I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. The room was not as I expected, but the bed was very comfortable, and it was a quiet place. However, the mix-up with the room assignment was frustrating. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with some helpful staff and some unfriendliness. The location was convenient for my needs, but there were some issues with the behavior of the receptionist. The dining options were decent but lacked variety. The facilities were average.
The hotel's location is very central, close to lovely areas and with secure underground parking nearby. The rooms were uncomfortably hot and ran out of soap with slow refills, but the staff overall were friendly and helpful. The dining was decent but marred by a less-than-enthusiastic server. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives to consider.
