Central Location and Helpful Staff

The hotel is near the city center and easily accessible. The main square is close. Baggage storage after checkout allowed us to continue exploring the city. The area felt safe and quiet. The location is fantastic, I really enjoyed the convenience. i found the staff friendly. They were supportive, especially Nathalie and Kimberley. The hotel provided excellent value. I appreciated the helpful suggestions for our stay. the bed was comfortable! The shower worked well. The WiFi connection was strong.
Half the plugs in my room did not work. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom.

The room size was a joke. they claimed it was 49m², but it felt more like 15m². i could barely turn around without bumping into something. It felt smaller than advertised.

I was grateful for the great location. it was really easy to access by bus. cafes were everywhere nearby. I loved it. the hotel provided quiet, restful evenings.
The acoustic isolation wasn't ideal. It wasn't a problem though.
